Banana is a long curved fruit which grows in clusters and has soft pulpy flesh and yellow skin when ripe. It normally grows in tropical and subtropical area. Banana has very large leaves but lacking a woody trunk. No doubt; I bet you really know what banana is, even without my explanation. Banana has many pros, I would like to raise up three main points why it is good for human’s health. This fruit is good for brain. Whenever you are in a bad mood, banana can calm your mood down. Not only this, it also creates power to human’s health, especially reduce stress illness.
Grape is a round fruit which grows in cold countries. People use it to make wine such as: red wine or white wine. Eating grape, it is good for digestion. How about cherries? In my country, we don’t grow it. That’s because of our soil and weather. Not really different from other fruits, cherries can reduce fat. Sadly, my country don’t grow this fruit. And if it does sell, it is so expensive.
