When a person rides a bicycle or tricycle or unicycle he or she is said to be cycling. Cycling is a form of transportation and exercise. There are many cycle races around the world. Cycling does not cause any pollution such as air pollution or noise pollution. It also does not create traffic jams. It is one of the most affordable transport and one which most of the people learn to ride as kids. If more and more cycles are used there will be less pollution and more chances for better growth of plants. It is one of the best ways to save a lot of energy as no fuel will be needed for scooters, bikes or cars.It also keeps a person healthy because they have regular exercise if they use cycle to go anyplace. Cycling helps in building the body of the person in a proper manner. It provides constant exercise to a person. One may improve the strength of their legs. It helps in building stamina of the body by cycling daily. One may say that he or she could do the exercise in a gym and then travel around in a car but it is no way better since one would have to take extra time to work out.
If one cycles to work then they would not have to take off extra time for the routine they do every day. A person may say that they might get anywhere faster by car and getting the extra time for exercise in gym but it is not true because there are so many cars being used now that there will be traffic and it is easier to go through the traffic on cycle than in a car. Cycling helps one to sleep deeply. If a person suffering from insomnia is he or she should try cycling and they will sleep more than usual and fall asleep faster.
When cycling the speed of circulation of blood increases and this helps in many ways. One stays younger because the blood circulation will take more oxygen to the skin and helps in making the skin looking younger. It will also prevent from falling ill since the blood circulation makes the body active and the whole defence system in the body remains active. It keeps the mind, heart and body in a good shape and makes one active and smart. Our digestive also improves and also the number we live increases if we make it a daily habit to cycle for at least half an hour.
