These enzymes help your stomach and get rid of the heartburn. You will need to take one or two teaspoons of it per day. You should also no that you want the organic kind. The stuff that is pasteurized is not very effective.
Papaya And Pineapples
Papaya and pineapples both contain enzymes that your stomach needs. Just like apple cider vinegar these enzymes will get rid of heartburn and acid reflux. Do not eat canned pineapple. The odds are the canned product will give you heartburn or make it worse. You can also take papaya in tablets if you don’t like the fruit itself.
Most people haven’t heard of cumin before. I recommend you give it a try because it is easy for you to apply in your daily life. You can simply add a little cumin to your water while you eat. Cumin is known to help people digest their foods and reduce gas.
Aloe Vera Juice
Aloe Vera juice is great for healing. To be honest with you this may or may not work on heartburn. I certainly wouldn’t make it my first try because I think there are better remedies. I’m simply adding this here because many people have had some success with it.
If I could pick one of these remedies to start with it would be apple cider vinegar. It has a very high success rate when it comes to getting rid of heartburn. I would also look at eating more fresh pineapple and papaya. You could simply take papaya tablets on a daily bases. Cumin may not be as effective as the other two, but it is very east to take by adding it to your water.
