You think that yogurt can reduce your wrinkle because your skin is beginning to age. This is not the right way to eat it. Even yogurt contains high protein but there is exact evidence to proof that it is anti-aging when you eat yogurt. Yogurt is not the only sweet stuff you should reduce, those harmful foods that you should know are: bread, ktechup and dark chocolate peanuts too. You are suggest to reduce from eatting to much sugary. Fruit is good to your healthy!
2. Canned food
A tiny point that your probably not think of is chemical substance in canned food. In order to keep your food in long period of time without spoiled, all canned foods need is chemical. The U.S. study shows that canned food can raise high blood pressure and skin aging. So, you better eat fresh organic food. Avoid this canned food, if not needed.
Do you know that drinking too much coke can cause cancer? The chemical which makes coke sweet and tasty, it has negative impact. The most important thing is that it also reduce the way your create sperm. This can make you unable to have baby.
When you hear of Oreo, you feel its taste and you want to put it into your mouth. Unluckily; when you are growing old, Oreo is not a right snack for you to eat because it makes you gain weight. When you are 30s, losing weight is not a choice because it can makes you lose energy.
Do you know that when you are 30s, it makes you craving for dunk junk food? Either cocktails or beers are count as alcohols. It is hard for you to ignore, you will want it more in the following day. And it is hard for you to get to sleep because the alcohol keeps you wide awake. More, the alcohol substance contains chemical which could make your skin bright less and wrinkles.

You probably get addicted to coffee already, but you need to avoid it. Guess what? Your favorite drink that keep you wide awake and motivate your work to complete effectively is being warned. Iced coffee can make skin aging. If you don’t want your skin from wrinkle, you should re-think about this issue. I suggest you to drink hot green tea instead of iced coffee, it is good for your health.

To bacon lovers: I think you better stop it now. This sort of tasty food make your skin start to sag. Why? The reason is that 68% of bacon’s calories could make you fat. It makes you gain weight and increase the rate of heart diseases. So; when you want to exercise to lose weight, it is not the right choice. As mentioned earlier, your 30s age want exercise but not to lose weight because it can lower your body energy.
8. Soy Sauce
Do you know that eating soy sauce can create dark circle under your eyes? Eat less soy sauce, so you won’t create dark circle. How about concealor? Well, it only covers your dark circle for a short period of time when you use it but if you want to keep your body and face healthy, you should avoid soy sauce.

How about a scoop of coffee ice cream? Coffee ice cream contains caffeine. As you age, caffeine makes your hormones change which affect to the ability to sleep – wide awake.
