1. Diet Soda
Sound like it won’t make you fat because it has the word “Diet” but it is not. Do you know that diet soda contains artificial sugar which makes you feel full and keep craving for it? The more you drink diet soda, the more you fat because of its artificial sugar and other ingredients. Try not to drink diet soda!
Thought that smoothie provides a good low-calorie? And you decide to drink it? This is wrong because smoothies also can make you fat.
3. Flavored Yogurts
All type of flavored yogurts contain so much sugar and artificial flavoring. No doubt, that is the reason that make you fat when you eat flavored yogurts.
Some of you may not know what Pretzels look like. I bet you may probably use to eat but not used to know its name. Check out the photo below, you will know pretzels. This kind of snack contains high in sodium, double in protein and three times of fiber and it is the reason to make you fat. Avoid this, if you want to keep fit!
5. Baby Carrots
Baby carrots are a popular dieting snack but the fact of the matter is that it makes you fat. How comes baby carrots make you fat? Because baby carrot won’t keep you full very long, so you might craving for more and more. And this will make you fat, lose weight would like to say bye bye to you. So, avoid from eating baby carrots!
6. Banana Chips
My life was in trap but I don’t think I am in trap or I am going to be in trap anymore because I know that banana chips can make me fat. Guess what? To make banana chips, they are usually fried which means they are too oily and turn you to be an ugly fatty easily. Admit it, banana chips is so yummy but it’s not the best snack to eat when you want to lose weight. You should give it up before it’s too late.
